Guarantees RFI Officers are rigorously trained in fire class identification (Classes A–K), placement standards, and proper extinguisher operation for immediate initial response.

RFI Officers are trained to provide continuous physical surveillance and hazard mitigation whenever sprinkler systems, standpipes, or fire pumps are shut down for service, repairs, or retrofits.
RFI Officers ensure continuous human monitoring and implement manual alarm verification protocols whenever primary fire alarm control units or notification systems are offline.
RFI Officers are trained to provide dedicated, continuous monitoring during high-risk operations—including welding, cutting, and brazing—complete with required post-work cool-down watches.

That's why in addition to our training, each officer assigned to fire watch has access to "quick guides" through their mobile app. This allows them to review information relevant to the general performance of their duties, quick reference for how to respond to incidents, and if needed, the full guide on how to complete their duties. Plus with RFI's AI-Powered chat, officers are able to ask a question and get an immediate answer without needing to search through pages of documents.
