A Standard Concierge Professional Requirements includes:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role (e.g., hotel concierge, luxury retail, or event planning) is crucial. Experience with affluent clientele and understanding their specific needs is a must.

A uniform is the first impression and needs to represent you with class. RFI has spent 2 years developing our Class A uniform of a navy suit, white dress shirt, and silver tie, or crossover tie for ladies.
