Beyond basic security duties, a professional RFI Security Concierge is trained greet clients, guests, and tenants with the utmost respect and care, respond to the needs of your building, and provide coordination and assistance for all aspects of your space and tenants.

RFI Security Concierge Class Professionals
RFI Security doesn't simply promise concierges that are little more than high-priced security guards. Our team is vetted for qualities to make them an integral and professional member of our team and your building. In addition, RFI Security has a dedicated Head of Concierge Security who is trained in Class-A Space and custom tailors each Operating Manual and Procedures for each location.
A Standard Concierge Professional Requirements includes:

Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role (e.g., hotel concierge, luxury retail, or event planning) is crucial. Experience with affluent clientele and understanding their specific needs is a must.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The concierge should be able to articulate clearly and with a professional tone, as well as maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Knowledge of the Local Area: Familiarity with high-end restaurants, luxury services, cultural venues, exclusive events, and private transportation options is key. The concierge should be a local expert and able to provide tailored recommendations to residents or guests.

Problem-Solving and Discretion: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on their feet are essential. Since many tasks may involve personal or confidential matters, discretion and trustworthiness are non-negotiable.

Professional Appearance and Demeanor: A polished appearance, impeccable grooming, and a refined sense of style are important to maintain the prestige of the building. The concierge should also exhibit a courteous, warm, and approachable demeanor at all times.

Technology Proficiency: Comfort with using concierge software, property management systems, and common office tools (e.g., email, phone systems) is essential. Knowledge of social media and digital concierge platforms is also a plus.

Multilingual Abilities (Optional): While not always required, proficiency in multiple languages can be a strong asset, especially in international or diverse communities.

Security Awareness: 3-5 Years of security experience or a basic understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive or potentially unsafe situations calmly and professionally.
